Can I work from anywhere?
Arise Virtual Solutions has partnered with businesses like Nebula Virtual Solutions to find people who want to work from home and take customer service phone calls for top companies. Each client has its own certification process and you will get live instruction that fully prepares you to start taking phone calls. After certification, you can set your own schedule and start taking live calls! Don't worry, we will be there to help you every step of the way!
You must legally reside in the United States and must be 18 years or older.
*Currently Arise is not accepting new applicants from the following states: California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, Oregon and Wisconsin.
What are the costs to get started?
How much will I make?
For client certification the cost is FREE! A background check is needed before starting which costs $30.
How much money you can make is entirely up to you! Each client has their own pay rate. After certification, you have the ability to set your own hours and do either as little as part-time or make this your fulltime gig. Currently there are clients paying $15 an hour. Based on a 40 hour work week, that's $600 a week! Not bad if you think about all of the costs associated with going to a physical job everyday. Let us help you get either extra money or making this your everyday career!
How do the taxes work?
How long does it take to get started?
As a certified agent, you are considered an independent contractor and are responsible for your own taxes. You will receive a 1099 at the end of the year for any money you have made over $600.
Signing up and completing the Arise assessments to get access to the opportunities available can take as little as 1 day. Each individual client certification process is different and can take as long as 30 days of 5 days a week, 4 hours a day certification classes to prepare you for servicing the client. That's a very small investment considering you will be an independent contractor and can immediately making money after you are officially certified!
